How We Work
A structured approach to production that keeps timing, quality, and approvals clear from start to finish.
Step 1: Send files and target date
Share your part files, quantity, and timing needs.
Step 2: Receive a confirmed ship date
We confirm timing, finish, and key requirements before production begins.
Every order is scheduled into a defined delivery window so timing stays predictable.
Step 3: Production and controlled finishing
Parts move through a consistent, end-to-end process—from printing through finishing and quality checks.
This keeps results stable across reorders.
Step 4: Shipment with complete documentation
Your order arrives with everything needed for approval:
· Photos of the parts
· Key Measurements (Critical-to-Quality characteristics)
· Material and Process Traceability
· Final verification and sign-off
Delivery windows
How Timing Stays Reliable
This is what we do differently that ensures your parts are done on time. We don’t treat production as a queue.
Each order is scheduled into a Delivery Window—a defined production slot with limited capacity.
- Work is only accepted into available windows
- Capacity is controlled to prevent delays
- If a window is full, the next available one is offered
This keeps ship dates consistent, even as demand increases.

Reserve Capacity
For Repeat and Ongoing Work
For customers with recurring needs, we offer a more streamlined option.
We can reserve production capacity on a weekly or biweekly basis—so you don’t have to check availability each time.
This is especially useful for:
- Teams working on tight schedules
- Replenishment parts
- Ongoing device production
Evidence Packs
What’s Included With Every Order
Every shipment includes a complete Evidence Pack.
This ensures your team can review and approve parts without delays.
A typical order includes:
- Order summary and traceability
- Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) measurements
- Photo documentation
- Certificate of Conformance (CoC)
- Build and finishing traceability

Start with a Pilot
We begin with a focused pilot:
- One part or part family
- Defined expectations
- Confirmed delivery window
- Complete documentation
From there, you can decide how to move forward.
