This documentation streamlines approvals and simplifies reorders.
- Responsiveness and Hospitality: You will work with a single point of contact who keeps you informed and ensures clear expectations.
- Guided Intake: We will help you define finish classes and critical‑to‑quality characteristics (CTQs) so that your parts meet clinical needs.

To participate, please request a follow up and share the types of parts you anticipate ordering, estimated monthly volumes and timing. We will reach out to schedule a conversation with you and our team.
Evidence Pack is included, and it’s a release gate.
We do not ship without the required evidence: photos, CTQs (specification, method, result), Certificate of Conformance (CoC), and build/finishing traceability identifiers (IDs).
- Inspection notes + disposition (so it’s clear what passed and what was handled)

Do you support clinics and central fabrication labs?
Yes, both. We’ll support workflow tools, lab components, and repeatable reorder parts.
Is the Evidence Pack always included?
Yes. Evidence Pack completeness is a release gate. We do not ship without required evidence.
What do you need to quote?
Quantity, target date, finish class (if you know it), and 2-5 CTQs if available. If not, we’ll help define them.
Can you help us standardize reorders?
Yes, that’s why we use finish classes, revision discipline, and controlled finishing flow.
